Enabling PayPal enrolment method:

1- Go to 'Site administration' then 'Plugins section', scroll down to the 'Enrolments section' and click on 'Manage enroll plugins'.

2- From the list of available plugins, click on the eye icon next to PayPal to enable the plugin.

3- After enabling the plugin, click on 'Settings' to access its settings and configure it.

Setting up PayPal enrolment method for a course: 

1- Go to the course where you want to add 'PayPal' as an enrollment method.

2- On the course page, click on the 'Participants tab'.

3- From the dropdown menu 'Enrolled Users' , select 'Enrollment method'.

4- Click on 'Add method' and select 'PayPal' from the list.

5- Complete all the required fields, including the price for course enrollment then click on 'Add method'.
